Delivery Information

Because many of our pieces are personalised just for you (engraved, photo-edited, or custom-made), our delivery process has two stages: Production Time and Shipping Time.

1. Production Time (Creating Your Piece)

Unlike standard items, we can’t just pull a custom necklace off a shelf.

• Standard Items (Non-Custom): Dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Personalised Items (Handwriting, Photos, Names): Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to edit your image, engrave your item, and polish it to perfection before it is shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Once your item has left our workshop, you will receive a Tracking Number via email.

• UK Standard Delivery: [Insert Days, e.g., 3–5] Business Days.

• International Delivery: [Insert Days, e.g., 7–12] Business Days.

Important Note on Cancellations: Please note that once an item has been dispatched and is in transit with the courier, we are unable to cancel the order. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Returns Policy.

My Tracking Number isn't working? Don't panic! Sometimes tracking numbers can take 24 hours to update after the dispatch email is sent. If it hasn't moved after 48 hours, please drop us an email.
