5. Personalised Items You acknowledge that custom-made or personalised items (such as handwriting engraving) are unique to you and cannot be resold. Therefore, unless faulty, these items are non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring the image or text uploaded for engraving is correct.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
