1.How do I put a photo inside my locket?
Our lockets are designed for you to add your own special photo at home. We do not print or insert the photos for you. This makes them perfect if you want to gift the locket to someone so they can choose their own memory, or if you want to swap the photo out in the future.
2. How do I send you the handwriting for my custom necklace?
It’s easy! On the product page for any Handwriting item, you will see an "Upload Image" button.

Tip: Take a photo of the card or letter in good lighting. Make sure the camera is directly above the paper (not at an angle) and the writing is clear.
3. Can I use handwriting that is old or slightly faded?
Yes, often we can work with older writing! Our design team reviews every upload. If the quality is too low for us to get a clear engraving, we will email you before we start making it to ask for a better image. We want it to look perfect for you.
4. Is your jewellery water-resistant?
We offer different ranges of jewellery.

Our Silver Studio and Stainless Steel items are highly durable and water-resistant.

However, to keep your jewellery looking its absolute best for years to come, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes/lotions.
5. Can I change my order after placing it?
We start working on custom orders very quickly. If you notice a spelling mistake or uploaded the wrong handwriting file, please email us immediately (within 2 hours is best). If production has already started, we may not be able to change it.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
We quality check every piece, but sometimes things happen in the post. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an issue, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please send a photo of the fault to our support team, and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.
7. Do you accept returns?

Non-Custom Items: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days if the item is unworn and in original packaging.

Personalised Items (Handwriting): Because these are engraved specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if the item is faulty, we will always replace it.
